Rachael has spent the last fifteen years immersed in marketing and sales. She lives by the life philosophy, “Let’s make a memory.” Rachael’s motto is woven throughout her personal and professional life. Whether it’s creating a brand, communications strategy, or dinner with friends, she makes it momentous. Her entrepreneurial and competitive spirit pair nicely when it comes to putting together winning strategies. From working with high profile businesses to nation-wide nonprofits to campaigns, Rachael is innovative and zealous with her approach.
Rachael lives in Fishers with her husband Tom, and their twins, Decker and Addison. She loves concerts, trying new restaurants, traveling and going to the Zoo with her family. Rachael is the current Board President for the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. She loves coffee and queso (not together though), and laughing.
Andrew has made his mark on both the business and political sectors. There is no one more inventive or that has more brain power when it comes to data and digital initiatives. Andrew jumps right in, building a road-map for success. He’s built and executed massive digital strategies and advertising for nation-wide companies and campaigns. He has been certified in all Google, YouTube and Facebook ad platforms. Andrew’s strengths are in using sets of big data to make critical business decisions and working side by side with clients to take their business to the next level.
Politically, Andrew has worked on over 50 political campaigns over the course of his career at the local, state, and national level. Career highlights include working on a national campaign and coordinating a nationwide bus tour.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He is passionate about anything and everything racing, especially the Indy 500. He is also a big fan of hockey, amateur lion taming, and Diet Coke.
